Fall has arrived, and there's certainly no better way to start the season than with a warm drink to set the mood. I mean, is it even considered Fall without a pumpkin spice drink in your hand? I think not!

Fall calls for spices. Lots and lots of spices. The gentle aroma of cinnamon, pumpkin, and nutmeg in the air makes the home feel warm, inviting, and ready for snuggles.


These drink recipes are yummy, easy to whip up, and, best of all, healthy! Grab your drink, blanket, and movie, and get comfortable. Reap the benefits of these delicious beverages and let the feels of Fall overtake you.

CINNAMON AND PUMPKIN SPICE JUICE LATTE

What you need:

1 can pumpkin puree

1 tsp ground Cinnamon

2 Cinnamon sticks

1 tsp Nutmeg

1 peel of small orange

4 cups apple juice

1 tsp Ginger

1/2 tsp cloves 

1/4 cup brown sugar

Mesh Strainer

How to make it:

  1. Empty puree, ground cinnamon, ginger, brown sugar, and nutmeg into a saucepan set to medium heat. Stir frequently for 3 -5 minutes.

  2. Add apple juice, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and orange peel. Stir, place tight lid on top and simmer for 15-20 minutes. 

  3. Pour into mesh strainer to juice. 

  4. Serve warm or chilled. Enjoy!

GOLDEN MILK: TURMERIC LATTE

What you need:

2 cups Vanilla Almond milk   

1/3 tsp Cinnamon

1/3 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp turmeric powder

1/3 tsp Ginger 

2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey

mesh strainer

How to make it:

  1. In a saucepan set to medium heat, pour milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, turmeric, and ginger into pan.

  2. Stir for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat. 

  4. (Optional Step) Use mesh strainer to remove spices from drink. 

  5. Add honey or syrup and stir thoroughly. 

  6. Enjoy warm!

CINNAMON AND NUTMEG HOT CHOCOLATE

What you need:
1.5 cup Vanilla almond milk or your desired choice of milk  
cacao powder of choice
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp nutmeg

How to make it:

  1. Empty milk, cinnamon and nutmeg into a saucepan set to medium heat. 

  2. Stir for 2 minutes and slowly mix in cacao powder. 

  3. Stir thoroughly for another 3-5 minutes. 

  4. Remove from heat. Enjoy hot! 

Feel free to add marshmallows or whip cream for an extra layer of yum!

HONEY, GINGER, AND LEMON TEA

What you need

1 to 1.5 inches of grated ginger root

4 cups water 

1 lemon

raw honey

How to make it:

  1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil.

  2. Add ginger to water and brew 5-10 minutes.

  3. Add half a lemon, or whole lemon if you enjoy a more tangy tea. 

  4. Thoroughly mix in as much or as little honey as you'd like. This is typically based on how bitter or sweet you'd like your tea.

WARM WATER & LEMON

What you need:

1 Cup Hot water

1 lemon

How to make it:

  1. ​Bring water to boil.

  2. Remove from heat and add half or whole lemon. It's your world.

  3. Drink up!
